Fall Retreat Info (please read…)

For those of you who plan to join us for our next retreat (September 2018) please be sure to read the following:

  • There are TWO things that you have to pay for separately: 1) Room  2) Retreat fee
  • Rooms are figured by how many people can sleep in that room within a bed. Rooms with bathrooms attached are $135 per person, rooms with shared bathrooms are $125 per person. Bunks fall under the “shared” bathrooms.
  • All rooms need to be paid in full by 7/31/2018. If they aren’t paid in full, we will offer them to the next on the list…
  • The retreat fee ($135 per person) is in addition to the room. This covers all of your food, drinks, snacks, goodie bags, crafting space, etc.
  • Retreat fee is due in full by 8/30/2018. No exceptions.
  • All the deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • We suggest you make your room reservation a priority!! Book your room first, then worry about the retreat fee. Because, when the rooms are gone… they’re gone!

  1. Amanda Rasmussen says

Hi! I’m Kathy Wyatt’s daughter. She registered me under her name. My name is Amanda Rasmussen…so excited! Just wanted to make sure you had my info too! Thanks!

  2. Hi, I finally got on the ball and registered. Are towels provided in the rooms? Soap? Does it get cold enough that I should bring an extra blanket? Can we lounge around on the couches and are their DVD players? I know, I’m there to scrapbook but sometimes it helps to wind down and watch a movie or tv or read a magazine. I’m pretty excited now that I’m coming. I’ve enjoyed your retreats in SLC!

    • Hello Lis. Towels are provided, but no toiletries. The heat is on, but it’s always a good idea to layer. Sometimes you might think it’s hot, but others think it’s cold…or vice versa… you know how it is… (I usually bring a blanket and hoodie). The couches are definitely available to lounge on, read, or whatever. I’m not sure about the DVD player, but they do have satellite/cable. Some people bring their tablets with movies already downloaded-if that helps. The only thing I can think to be sure to bring are headphones in case you don’t like the music, or want to listen to your own. See you soon!
